Novi Management, LLC ("Novi," "we," "us") operates novihoa.com and the client portal at app.novihoa.com. This policy describes what we collect on these sites and how we use it.

What we collect

• Proposal and contact submissions — the information you enter (community name, location, size, current management situation, your name, email, and optional phone and notes), so we can respond to your request.
• Portal accounts — login credentials and community records needed to provide management services to Novi-managed communities. Portal access is by invitation.
• Usage analytics — if enabled, we use privacy- conscious product analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general region, device type). We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To respond to proposal requests, provide management services to client communities, operate and secure our sites, and improve them. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and operate our systems (such as Amazon Web Services) or when the law requires.

Retention & security

Proposal submissions are kept while relevant to a potential or active engagement. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on infrastructure in the United States.

Your choices

You may request a copy or deletion of information you have submitted through this site by reaching us via the contact page. Residents of managed communities should direct records questions to their association's management team.
